Site work for a development in Brookneal, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

The project is generally described as stabilization of approximately 260 LF (base bid + add bid item). The work expected to constructed during summer months when the Staunton River flows are low. Site is located at 125 Radio Road, Brookneal, VA. payable to the Owner as obligee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid : For contracts which exceed five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000), the Standard Performance Bond (CO-10) and the Standard Labor and Material Payment Bond (CO-10.1) shall be required, as specified in the IFB. Completion of the entire project shall be 60 consecutive calendar days from the date of commencement of the Work as specified in the Notice to Proceed, and Final Completion shall be achieved within 30 consecutive calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion as determined by the A/E. The Owner reserves the right to cancel the IFB, to reject any and all bids at its sole discretion when such rejection is in the interest of the Owner, or to reject the bid of any bidder who is determined to be not responsive or not responsible. The undersigned understands that time is of the essence and agrees that the time for Substantial Completion of the entire project shall be 60 consecutive calendar days from the date of commencement of the Work as specified in the Notice to Proceed, and Final Completion shall be achieved within 30 consecutive calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion
