Site work for a water / sewer project in Brier, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Paving (Asphalt or Concrete), Street/Road Concrete Repair, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Storm Drain and Paving, Water Main (Repair/Replace) Rehabilitation, Removal and Replacement of pipe, Water Transmission Pipelines, Curbs, Pavement Removal, Storm water Improvements, Paving (Highway, Road or Street) The 228th & Old Poplar Way Drainage Improvements project shall include but is not limited to removing existing and installing new curb and gutter, installing new stormwater conveyance piping, relocating Alderwood Water and Wastewater District (AWWD) water main to accommodate proposed storm pipe, new drainage structures, and asphalt patching along Old Poplar Way. Also included is the installation of stormwater piping within the 228th & Old Poplar Way intersection, connection to an existing drainage pipe, and asphalt patching. The contractor shall be responsible for providing traffic control, temporary erosion control, and mobilization. The time of completion for the contract is 45 working days from issuance of notice to proceed. The engineer's estimate for this project is in the range of $585,000 to $635,000. Est.
