The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting Proposals to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment and supervision required to make structural repairs to the building to include parking ramp and various building envelope repairs at the TWC Fort Worth office building location. Furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment and supervision required to make structural repairs to the building to include parking ramp and various building envelope repairs at the TWC Fort Worth office building located at 301 W 13th Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102. Project will include various building envelope spot repairs, parking ramp sealing and repairs and installation of exhaust fan in storage room under parking ramp. Question Deadline 04/03/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Questions shall be submitted in writing using electronically. TWC will post a notification in the Vendor Discussion section and, if appropriate, an Amended RFP by April 10, 2024 at 5:00 PM CT. All Proposals that have a minimum dollar value of $25,000.00 or more shall require a letter from an approved Bonding Company indicating that the Respondent has bonding capacity equaling or exceeding the Maximum Possible Award (including consideration of additive alternates) of the Proposal submitted and shall timely issue the applicable Payment and/or Performance Bonds in the full amount of the awarded agreement. This letter must be submitted as part of bid package. Anticipated contract start date 5/22/2024 The Contract Term will commence on the date of Notice to Proceed and will consist of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days for base scope (including lead time for equipment/materials) following the Notice to Proceed date at 6:00PM for substantial completion of construction phase. TWC reserves the right for the Authorized Procurement Contact to contact individuals, entities, or organizations that have had dealings with the Respondent, whether or not identified in the response.
