Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the expansion of a primary / secondary education facility.
Phillips/May Corporation as Construction Manager at Risk will be accepting proposals from Subcontractors for the FWISD TEA #194 Daggett Montessori project. Bid Documents are available through the Construction Manager by emailing a request to DaggettBids@phillipsmay.com. Please specify which Trade Package/Scope your firm is interested in. There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting held on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the address listed below. Proposals are due by Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 4:00 pm. No proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be emailed, or hand delivered to Phillips/May Corporation 1125 Longpoint Ave., Dallas, TX 75247. Emailed proposals should be sent to DaggettBids@phillipsmay.com. Subcontractor proposals are being accepted for the following Trade Packages/Scopes: CGMP: Selective Demolition, Concrete, Paving, Masonry, Structural Steel, Railing, Painting and Coating, Roofing, Doors and Glazing, Louvers and Window Blinds, Millwork, Gypsum Board Systems, Acoustical Ceilings, Classroom Equipment, Signage, Graphics, Flooring, Fire suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Lighting, Low-voltage Systems, Security Systems, Site grading and Preparation, Landscaping, and Fencing.
