Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Major Work Will Consist of the (Approximate) Following: Repair and/or Epoxy Coat Sanitary Sewer Manholes Time Period and Renewals the Time Period of This Agreement Will Be for One Calendar Year or the Expiration of the Funding, The city reserves the right to renew the contract for up to three (3) additional one calendar year time periods or up to four (3) additional funded expenditures of $750,000.00 under the same terms, conditions and unit prices. The City shall provide at least sixty (60) days' notice to the Contractor of the City's intent to renew. City's Right to Accept or Reject Bids City Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities and to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids Questions Due Date Apr 4th 2024, 12:00 AM CDT
