Resulting Contract(s) would result in Master City of Spokane Value Blanket(s) for a five-year period, to allow various City of Spokane Departments to include, but not limited to the Streets Department, to procure spec'd Asphaltic Mixes, as needed. Orders will be placed as needed throughout contract term with a blanket order process. Payment would only be made for actual orders received and accepted. Question Deadline 04/05/2024 at 8:00 AM PT Submit ALL questions through the Clarifications Tab More than one Master Value Blanket Order is expected to be awarded. Awards, when and if made, will be to the Bidders whose bids are the most favorable to the City. Resulting master value blankets are optional (non-exclusive) use. The City Council shall make the awards. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE $1,925,000 (Five Years $9,625,000)
