Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,296-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for a new 36' x 36' x 10' high open pole barn structure to be used for storage and stagging area for the PGC pheasant propagation program. The project consists of providing masonry cmu foundation/retaining wall, placement of a section of retaining wall landscape block. constructing/framing the pole barn structure, pouring a concrete floor slab, installing metal roofing, and siding panels on (1) side of structure and other building appurtenances including installation of an electrical feed, breaker box, power distribution and lighting system. There are no connections of any other utilities to the new building in this project. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful Bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order.
