The Work shall include, but is not limited to: o Mobilization o Erosion and sediment control o Utility location o Temporary planting protection fencing and tree protection fencing o Site demolition and removals o Tree removals o Invasive species removals o Survey and staking o Earthworks, fine grading, and drainage o Rainwater garden and swale construction, including subsurface drainage o Concrete work o Picnic shelter installation o Wading pool installation o Picnic table and other site furniture installation o Soil preparation and amending o Seeding and natural planting establishment o Tree planting o Limestone block placing o Three-year native planting establishment period Work of the Project consists of all labor, materials, articles, equipment, incidentals, items, tools, services, supplies, methods, operations, and skills in such quantities as may be necessary to complete the project within the intent of the Contract Documents
