The work is defined by the contract specifications, renovation of existing office space in the Minneapolis Federal Courthouse Level 2. The area of the work is approximately 13,730 SF of the Total Level 2 area of approximately 38,770 SF. The project is to be considered a Level 2 alteration with the primary goal of making slight alterations to the floor plan, door locations and finishes.
