Description: 174 squares of reroofing including guardrails, rough carpentry, fully-adhered EPDM roofing, sheet metal flashings, and new roof drains. Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of 2% of the total amount bid in the form of a certified check or bidder's corporate surety bond made payable to Special School District No. 1. Include a PDF copy of the certified check or bidder's corporate surety bond when you email your Bid Form and supporting documents. A hard copy of the Bid, supporting documents and Bid Deposit Check must be sent via mail and be postmarked within 5 days after the bid opening. Envelope must bear the name of the firm submitting the bid, the Official Publication Number, and the Official Publication Title. Bidders and Sub-Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Architect at least 7 calendar days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
