Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This tender consists of the installation of approximately 869 m of new and replacement sidewalk, on miscellaneous City streets. The Contractor must provide the following performance deposit: Certified cheque(s), or bank draft payable to the City of Summerside in the amount of Ten (10%) Percent of the Contract Price or a Performance Bond and a Labour and Materials Bond both in the amount of fifty (50%) Percent of the Contract Price payable to the City of Summerside. Non-registered tenders received will not be opened
