Work will be done on the east side of US 40, terminating near North Ranch Road on the north end. Project is tax exempt and contractor will be provided with the tax-exemption for for material purchases. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner will reject the Bid of any Bidder that Owner finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to not be responsible.
