Grand County seeks to contract with a qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) to coordinate with and work collaboratively with Grand County's Architect (D2C Architects) on the design and construction of new facilities for the Emergency Medical Services department (EMS) in a fiscally sound and responsible manner. Granby Station 1 Station 1is located in downtown Granby, Colorado. This facility is the headquarters for all Grand County EMS operations. A new Station 1 will be constructed on a vacant lot south of Granby. Housed within this facility will be the administrative staff, the education staff and classroom, field personnel and equipment. Fraser Station 2 (Future New Station and not part of this RFQ) Fraser Station 2 is located at 216 E. Eisenhower Dr, Fraser, Colorado. This facility is a satellite station of Grand County EMS operations. The primary function of this station is to provide housing for field crews and on-call staff as well as shop space for ambulances and emergency response vehicles.
