Work will be done on the east side of US 40, terminating near North Ranch Road on the north end. Project is tax exempt and contractor will be provided with the tax-exemption for for material purchases. Question Deadline 03/29/2024 at 4:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, All questions shall be directed to the Project Engineer Dave Kotz, P.E. via email davek@sgminc.com Bid Bond of 10% of bid price and Performance and Payment bonds equal to 100% of the bid are required, the project is tax exempt in which the contractor will be provided with the tax-exempt number for material purchases. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner will reject the Bid of any Bidder that Owner finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to not be responsible.
