Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glen Allen, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project no - STP-(5127), 06111 The intent and purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a contract with one qualified firm for the construction of improvements to Sadler Road in Henrico County. The proposed improvements total approximately 9,600 linear feet, generally from Dominion Boulevard to just east of Cedar Branch Court. Improvements will consist of a two-lane curb and gutter roadway with a shared center left turn lane, with a portion of the project on new location with signing, pavement markings, proposed water and sewer (public utilities) and landscaping. The project also includes the construction of two roundabouts, one at the intersection with Old Sadler / Innslake Drive which includes a proposed retaining wall and the other at the intersection with Sadler Grove Road, which includes lighting. Project includes three Storm water Management Basins. It also includes a shared use path on one side of Sadler Road and a stream crossing at Allens Branch tributary. he project has a DBE participation goal of 12%.
