Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Glen Allen, Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project is located at 11000 Telegraph Road, Glen Allen VA 23060. Bidders interested in participating in the bid opening shall send a request to be added to the meeting invitation to Jianchong Luo via email at luo001@henrico.us. The Project Consists of the Installation of a Facility-wide Building Automation System (Bas) and Hvac Improvements. The Bas System Shall Include Connection to and Control of Thirty-six (36) Existing Rooftop Units, Six (6) Existing Energy Recovery Ventilators and 12 Zones (72 Fans) of Existing Destratification Fans. Six (6) New Humidification Systems and Building Pressure Monitoring and Relief Systems Shall Be Controlled by the Bas. The Bas System Shall Include Remote Monitoring of Four (4) Kitchen Exhaust Fans, and Two (2) Kitchen Makeup Air Fans. The Bas Shall Also Include Temperature Sensing/remote Monitoring of Two (2) Walk-in Coolers/freezers, Five (5) It Rooms and Five (5) Electrical Rooms. Hvac Improvements Include Humidification Systems for the Gymnasium Space Which Include Induct Humidifiers, Control Sequence Modifications to the Gymnasium Units in Addition to a Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System, and Related Water Distribution Systems
