Specifically, we require services for the following shelters (approximate sizes): Richard Rollins Park - 22745 De Berry St: Shelter Size: 20x20 (x4 shelters) Fitness Park - 21945 Grand Terrace Rd: Shelter Size: 16x16 (x2 shelters) Veterans Freedom Park - 21950 Pico St: Shelter Size: 30x30 Scope of Work: Powerwashing of interior and roof surfaces for all shelters. Repainting of posts, interiors, and roofs for all shelters. Provide quotes for acrylic latex paint or any other paint suitable for the type of surface and durability required for exposure to the elements. Additional Requirements: Vendor to obtain a Grand Terrace business license; Confirmation of shelter material required; Removal of any substances such as stickers, gum, tape, etc.; Prevailing wage for costs exceeding $1,000 Please provide separate cost estimates based on the parks mentioned above. Your proposal should include: Detailed breakdown of costs for each shelter. Information about the type of paint proposed, including brand, type, and any additional protective features. Timeline for completion of the work. Any relevant experience or qualifications your company possesses in providing similar services. Thank you for your attention to this request.
