*As of May 1, 2024 this project has been cancelled and no plan rebidding at this time* This request for quotes (RFQ) is submitted and available to qualified vendors for demo, materials, and repairs of a portable to classroom use at Michigan Avenue Elementary Schools. Job Specifications: o Repair, replace all damaged wood on the decking at both entries. o Demo of all damaged wood around the window on the bathroom side including the floor and include an evaluation/inspection of the floor joists in that area. If needed, replace. o Check electrical panel to determine if outlets can be added. If so, add 6 additional outlets to space. o Evaluate sagging door and repair. Add weather stripping if necessary to eliminate water intrusion. o Repair/replace any broken tile. Clean and coat the floor. o Paint the interior of the space. o Check all plumbing and electrical to insure it is on and in usable condition. o Add security fencing at the parking lot access are to the trailer.
