The Powhatan County School Board of Powhatan, Virginia (hereinafter referred to as School Board) is seeking proposals from qualified Landscape Maintenance Service Providers (hereinafter referred to as Provider/s) to perform landscape services for Group IV consisting of fields as listed below. The Provider is hereby made aware that the Powhatan County School Board anticipates that the landscape maintenance at these sites shall be of the very highest quality possible. All work to be performed within the scope of these specifications shall be strictly managed, executed, and performed by experienced personnel Initial Period of Contract: One year from Date of Award (Anticipate July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025). THE SCHOOL BOARD reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposals received. This RFP does not commit THE SCHOOL BOARD to contract for any requirements for this solicitation. Submission of a proposal shall indicate acceptance that the decision of the school board shall be final and without recourse.
