II. SCOPE OF WORK and SPECIFICATIONS: The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, incidentals and supervision to prepare the area and install a concrete sidewalk surrounding two picnic shelters on the property. A. Scope of Work One--Worksite, Shelter #1 sidewalk is approximately 5'5" Wide and 84' Long. o Remove existing timbers and excavate ground. o Install 4-6" of compacted #57 stone base, along with reinforcement wire. o Troweled control joints shall be placed every 5.' o Pour 300 PSI concrete a minimum of 4" thick. o Light broom finish o Remove all form work and backfill sidewalk. o Grade disturbed area. B. Scope of Work Two---Worksite, Shelter #2 sidewalk is approximately 5'5" Wide and 150' Long. o Remove existing timbers and excavate ground. o Install 4-6" of compacted #57 stone base, along with reinforcement wire. o Troweled control joints shall be placed every 5'. o Pour 30 PSI concrete a minimum of 4" thick. o Light broom finish. o Remove all form work and backfill sidewalk. o Grade disturbed area.
