Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their bids are stamped by Facilities Directorate personnel before the deadline. Late bids shall be rejected. The purpose of this project is to provide a full building controls replacement, replacement of 8 rooftop units, 7 pumps, all general duty rooftop exhaust fans, providing 2 indoor transfer fans and removal of the ductwork and fans that they are replacing at Powhatan High School. All prices shall be F.O.B. Destination: Pocahontas Landmark Center, Attn: Bob Benway, 4290 Anderson Hwy, Powhatan, VA, 23139. Freight, delivery costs, and incidental charges shall be included.
