Site work for a water / sewer project in Spring, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project will include the drilling and installation of a 1,000GPM water well and pump. Well is part of the proposed Water Plant #3. Plant construction will be bid separately from the water well. Proposed well is approximtely 1,200 feet deep drilled into the Evangeline Aquifer with 20" casing and includes 150 LF of well screen. Project site is the location of the proposed Water Plant #3. There is currently no source of permanent power available at the site, and contractor will be required to provide their own source of temporary power. The Project includes the following Work: o Drilling and Installation of Well Casing and Screen in the Evangeline Aquifer o Installation of 1,000 GPM Well Pump and Supply Column o Construction of 8'x24' Seal Slab. o All associated conduits, temporary piping and valves, testing, well development, etc. Question Deadline 04/04/2024 at 5:00 PM CT All questions to be submitted online. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submiting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
