Site work for a water / sewer project in Spring, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work includes the replacement of an existing 0.30 MGD package plant wastewater treatment plant facility with a permanent 0.30 MGD wastewater treatment plant facility Each bid must be accompanied by either a two percent (2%) certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Owner. Bidder must be capable of executing a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond for 100 percent (100%) of the contract sum in accord with the conditions of the contract. Questions will not be considered after 12 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2024. In ample time to permit consideration before reply, submit questions about bidding instruments to the Engineer on electronically. Bidder shall fill in the blank on the bid form for the number of calendar days for the Substantial Completion period of performance from date of Notice to Proceed. Final Completion shall be achieved within 60 calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 calendar days from the date bids are open. The project is located 4143 Riley Fuzzel Road, Spring, Texas 77386 (Key Map 253-T).
