Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Stonington, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Tensioned Professional Electrol (16:10) Wide, 150"x240" or 283" diagonal, HD Progressive ReView 0.9 standard 120V single motor system with necessary rigging and switch cover plate 4 line array column loudspeakers with 300W amplifiers and cabling 2 Wireless handheld microphones with wireless antenna distribution via 2 remote mounted antennas with cabling 1 Projector mount for Christie D16WU-HS to be used as rear-fire projector mounted behind the motorized screen to the existing beams 1 HDMI wall plate located at the stage for media source inputs 1 Audio transmitter 1 4K HDMI switcher for all inputs 1 Audio mixer with minimum of 8 inputs and 2 outputs for use with existing and new XLR and wireless mics 1 4K video mixer and live-streaming switcher with minimum of 4 video/audio inputs; can be combined with audio mixer for all-in-one unit 3 4K 30x zoom PTZ cameras 1 PTZ camera controller 2 HDMI extenders and receivers from stage to AV booth (up to 230 feet) 1 12RU wall cabinet with adjustable rails, front door, and 6 1RU blank panels. All necessary cabling, interconnects, and other consumables x Project management, installation, and commissioning of all equipment. The projection screen will be mounted to existing beams on the auditorium stage and should match the size listed. Line array column speakers will be mounted in the four corners of the room. Wireless mics will need external antennas mounted in front of the AV booth in the auditorium, requiring approximately 20 feet of necessary cabling and terminations. The projector and HDMI input wall plate at the stage will require up to 230 feet of cabling to return to the AV booth at the rear of the auditorium. 3 PTZ cameras will be installed at the rear of the auditorium and each side of the stage for live streaming and recording of shows. These should tie back to a PTZ camera controller and video feeds into a live-streaming video mixer. This can be in addition to the audio mixer or be an all-in-one unit. Please provide itemized and total costs including shipping. Do not include tax as this is a tax-exempt organization. Note that the total quantity may vary as budget allows. All parts and equipment must be new, refurbished or otherwise used equipment is not acceptable. Equipment must be in stock and available to ship once a purchase order is received. After review of all factors, including terms, conditions, and price, Stonington Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or any part thereof, or waive defects in same, or accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Stonington. No proposals shall be accepted from or a contract awarded to, any company who is in arrears to the owner upon debt or contract or otherwise obligated to the owner.
