The work consists of delivering and applying approximately 6,000,000 gallons of Dust Control to various roads across the County. The Contractor is to work with the County's Dust Control Foremen daily to determine locations, rates, and gallons required. The work shall commence on or after April 15th, 2024 and be completed on or about October 31st, 2024, depending on the weather. Working hours shall be Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 06:30 pm, excluding the County observed holidays and adverse weather The County reserves the right to randomly test the product as it is being applied for comparison to the minimum physical/chemical characteristics. In the event the Dust Control fails to meet the minimum requirements, the County reserves the right to refuse continued application of the product until a suitable replacement material may be provided. Failure to meet the minimum requirements may result in a deduction of payment
