Bid Package #4 - Electronic Billboard Direct all bids/inquiries to the construction manager. Estimate = total project construction cost estimate. The official project start date was September 2021. All material, equipment, and labor as required for a complete installation unless specifically requested otherwise. 2. Verification and acknowledgment of existing site conditions. 3. Layout and coordination with all other trades. 4. Qualified supervision on site during work 5. Off-site housing for own workforce 6. Field measurements as required 7. Submittals / shop drawings per contract documents. Subcontractor to provide all submittals within 2 weeks of receiving Letter of Intent/subcontract (whichever is received first). 8. Insurance per FCI requirements 9. Immediately address defective or substandard work 10. All equipment required to complete own work, including lifts and hoists 11. Daily cleanup of own materials 12. Materials delivered to the project site (freight) 13. All inspections required for own work, both local and state inspections/tests (as applicable). Subcontractor will be responsible for calling in own inspections. Subcontractor to communicate inspection dates and inspection results with FCI superintendent .
