The selected firm will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of residential buildings at various stages of construction. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following inspections: 1. Footing 2. Foundation 3. Sub-rough Plumbing 4. Temporary Power 5. Framing 6. Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical (4-way) 7. Fire Resistance Construction 8. Weather Barrier 9. Permanent Power 10. Wildland Urban Interface (Ignition Resistance Construction) 11. Insulation 12.
