Includes landscaping, irrigation, and rough/fine grading in parkstrips, medians and shoulders of a recently constructed roadway in Heber City. Landscaping includes planting of various shrubs, grasses, and trees. Surface treatments include landscape rock, weed barrier, and the potential for native hydroseed. Grading includes the construction of various berms and swales. Irrigation will consist of installing mainlines, valves, lateral lines, filters, vaults, enclosures, and irrigation control systems.
