The work includes the following approximate quantities of work: 2104.518 remove concrete walk 3700 sq ft 2301.504 concrete pavement 8.0" 170 sy yd 2521.518 4" concrete walk 250 sq ft 2521.518 6" concrete walk 3350 sq ft 2521.518 6" concrete walk special 365 sq ft 2565.616 revise signal system a, b, c 1 each 2582.503 12" solid line multi comp 1000 lin ft 2582.503 pavement marking special 120 sq ft Each bid must be accompanied by a cash deposit, bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check payable to the City of Rochester, Minnesota, for at least 5% the amount of the bid, which amount shall be forfeited to the City of Rochester, Minnesota, as liquidated damages if the bidder, upon the letting of the contract to him shall fail to enter into the contract so let; the Common Council reserving the right to reject any and all bids.
