The University of Kentucky, hereinafter referred to as "the Owner", invites qualified, independent Commissioning Agents, or "Agents", to submit sealed proposals for commissioning services for Asset Preservation Pool Whitehall Classroom Building Renovation in accordance with the requirements and instructions as set forth in this Request for Proposal. Project description and applicable information is as follows: This project will include interior demolition and renovation. The project will include adding modern classrooms and supporting spaces that meet the needs of faculty and students, MEP upgrades, asbestos abatement, and general building improvements. Project to be designed as LEED v4.0 with a goal of attaining silver certification. Proposals shall be subject to acceptance by the Owner as submitted within sixty (60) days from the deadline for receipt of proposals. Question Deadline 03/27/2024 Construction Phase 12/9/2024 Final Completion 05/25/2026 The Owner reserves the right to accept any proposal as submitted; to reject any or all proposals; or to select an Agent from the responsive submittals, and to then negotiate proposed services to attain the desired commissioning services within the final scope of work The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
