Site work for a civil project in Yuba City, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work to be done consists in general of installing approximately 965 linear feet of various sized sewer main pipe, 700 linear feet of curb and gutter, sewer stubs of various sizing, laterl connection, 4 sanitary sewer manholes, and approximately 15,675 square feet of full road section. The estimated cost for this work is: $1,318,393.00 The Contract Time for completion of all the Work of the Project is sixty (60) calendar days. If any person contemplating submitting a Bid is in doubt as to the intended meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, or finds discrepancies in, or omissions in the Contract Documents, that person must submit a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof at least five (5) calendar Days before the deadline for receipt of Bids.
