You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) 24-32671 Janitorial/Custodian Services, Department of Rehabilitation, Yuba City Branch Office. In submitting your bid, you must comply with these instructions. Note that all agreements entered into with the State of California will include by reference General Terms and Conditions and Contractor Certification Clauses that may be viewed and downloaded at Internet site website. In the opinion of the Department of Rehabilitation, this IFB is complete and without need of explanation. However, if you have questions regarding this IFB, they must be submitted in writing, to Franklin.Wilson@dor.ca.gov by the date listed in the Key Action Dates. All questions and answers will be posted on the Cal eProcure website Deadline to ask Questions April 15, 2024 by 3:00 pm Anticipated Intent to Award April 25, 2024 The total amount of the contract will not exceed $27,999.00 Pursuant to the State Contract Manual Section 3.14.1, Custodial/Building Maintenance Contracts: Any Contractor and/or sub-contractor providing janitorial/custodian services in California, which is awarded a contract to provide such service(s) at a new site(s) must retain for sixty (60) days the current employees employed at the site(s) by the previous contractor and/or sub-contractor.
