The project consists of the following major items for the existing track improvements: Demolition/removal of existing asphalt surface and various track & field events.
Installation of new asphalt paving, concrete edging and other track & field events. Provide vinyl pit covers and other track & field equipment as specified.
Minor earth grading and installation of Bermuda sod as indicated on the plans. Installation of fencing, concrete walks and other various site items as shown on the plans. Bidding Documents include this Invitation to Bid, and the following attached forms: Form of Proposal, sample contract, Sales Tax Report, School Access Requirements, MBE forms, Board of Education Policies. The bidding documents also include the plans and specifications, and any Addenda issued prior to receipt of bids. All requirements and obligations of the Bidding Documents are hereby incorporated by reference into the Contract Documents and are binding on the Successful Bidder upon award of the contract.
