Engineering Services for SCUA Rehab SRF Project. 1. Firms/individuals Shall Submit a Cover Letter of Interest That Includes the Firms Name, Name of Licensed Ms Professional to Be in Charge of the Work. 2. Firms/individuals Shall Submit a List of Their Firms Proposed Project Team. 3. Firms/individuals Shall Submit a Current Organizational Chart Showing Capacity to Perform Work. 4. Firms/individuals Shall Submit a List of Their Firms and Project Teams' Qualifications, Experience, and Capacity for Providing Services. 5. Firms/individuals Shall Submit Name of Primary Contact Person and the Person Within the Firm Who Shall Be the Owner's Contact Person. 6. Firms/individuals Should Discuss Past Experience With Srf Funded Projects. 7. Firms/individuals Shall Show Past Experience and Knowledge of Mdeq Srf Facility Plan Submittal and Approval Process. Criteria for Engineer Selection Shall Be Based Upon the Following: Qualifications Criteria Description of Criteria Weight Knowledge Evidence of Specialized Training and Education Required for Engineering Design and Construction of a Public Sanitary Sewer 20% Ability to Serve Demonstrate the Availability of Resources Necessary to Meet the Project Schedule Required by the Owner for Funding 20% Experience Evidence of Sufficient Professional Engineering Experience With Similar Sanitary Sewer Projects Including Experience With Similarly Srf Funded Projects 20% Past Performance Prior Experience With Stone County Utility Authority 20% Communication Ability to Communicate in a Timely and Thorough Manner 15% References Provide Three or More References From Previous Clients for Whom Similar Projects Have Been Completed 5% if Necessary, Selected Engineers Will Be Selected for Interview From the Qualification Statements Received. Scope of Work Generally Includes Sewage Pumping Stations, Pressure Force Mains, Gravity Sewer Lines and Sewer System Rehabilitation. Engineering Services Shall Include Providing Program Management, Prepare Srf Facilities Plan, Srf Documentation, Surveying, Maps, Plats, Engineering Design, Bidding, Contract Administration, Construction Observation Services and Contract Closeout Documents Including Field Survey Verification of Construction and Preparation of as-built Drawings.
