Reference Number 0000347088 Job Location: Montezuma County, CO The UMUT is accepting Bids for fiber optic network materials and construction services for the expansion of its broadband network until The Tribe has received a grant from the Economic Development Administration to build middle mile fiber from the communication hut located at G.2 Road, south of Cortez, Colorado to the entrance into Towaoc and then to the Public Works building in Towaoc (Project). The Project includes the following Work: The Contractor that is awarded the fiber materials and construction labor contract will provide construction services as directed and authorized by the UMUT. Responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to: Materials Project Management Construction Inspection Quality control/quality assurance Construction of underground and aerial installation Communication including PSAs and onsite collaboration with area residents. Project visibility during the construction process Bonding Warrantee Compliance with regulatory requirements Financial tracking and forecasting of budget versus actuals. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $ 2.5 Million. The Project has an expected completion date of November 14, 2025.
