Site work and paving for a civil project in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of site development of Market Lands Mixed-Use building, located between Princess Street and King Street, to the exterior perimeter of the building, including both below-grade and surface work. Some elements pertaining to the building systems are located outside its perimeter and are included as part of this scope. Contract for Market Lands Mixed Use Building has been awarded to Concord Projects as the Construction Manager and is scheduled to be completed or partially complete during the Work of this contract. The successful bidder is required to communicate and coordinate with other contracted parties to ensure adjacent construction sites are clearly demarcated and accessible, and that access to existing public amenities on the grounds remains safe and clean of construction debris. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Grading & Drainage (b) Utilities (c) Services (d) Hard and Soft Landscaping Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
