Renovation of a laboratory facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The intent of this project is to make the space more functional and comfortable for the employees in the Grain Research Laboratory (GRL) on the 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th floors. On floors 13,14, 15 and 16, optimize space in selected Dry Labs, create a permanent workpoint for all Laboratory employees outside of the Labs /Dry Labs, add a kitchenette on each floor, and update the primary individual enclosed offices and reference rooms with paint, flooring and ergonomic furniture for all workpoints (furniture to be procured by CGC). Background: The intent of this project is to make the space more functional and comfortable for the employees in the Grain Research Laboratory (GRL) on the 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th floors. Construction Start - Oct 9, 2024 Substantial Completion - April 30, 2025 A performance bond and labour and materials payment bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price. BGIS reserves the complete right at any time to reject all Technical Submissions and to terminate this RFPQ and the ITT process associated therewith and proceed with the acquisition of the Deliverables in some other manner without any obligation or any reimbursement to any Bidder.
