Site work for a water / sewer project in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the installation of water mains on Eade Crescent, Leatherwood Crescent, Peters Bay, Leighton Avenue and Stapleton Street all within the City of Winnipeg. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Installation of approximately 880m of 150-200mm diameter PVC water main pipe by trenchless method; (b) Abandonment of existing water mains as required; (c) Removal/abandonment of existing hydrant assemblies and gate valves as required; (d) Installation of valves and hydrant assemblies; (e) Reconnection or renewal of water service connections; (f) Restoration of pavement and boulevard areas. A Performance Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Form Attached to These Supplemental Conditions (Form H1: Performance Bond), in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price. A Labour and Material Payment Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Form Attached to These Supplemental Conditions (Form H2: Labour and Material Payment Bond), in an Amount Equal to Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
