The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of: (a) Pavement Rehabilitation (i) Hartford Av - McGregor St/Main St (ii) Sanford St - Sargent Av/Wellington Av (iii) Yarwood Av - Garfield St N/East End (b) Asphalt Alley Reconstruction (i) Langside St/Young St Alley - Young St/Sargent Av (ii) Ruby St/Lenore St Alley - Westminster Av/Preston Av (c) Sidewalk Reconstruction (i) Linwood St - Portage Av/Ness Av - West Side (ii) Rupertsland Av - Aikins St/Main St - North & South Sides (d) Neighbourhood Greenways (i) Linwood St - Portage Av/Silver Av and Portage Av - Overdale St to Linwood St (ii) Powers St and Burrows Av Intersection (e) Water and Waste Work (i) Hartford Av (ii) Sanford St (iii) Yarwood Av The Bidder shall include in their Bid Submission bid security in the form of a digital bid bond, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price, and agreement to bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba. (a) a performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to these Supplemental Conditions (Form H1: Performance Bond), in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price; and (b) a labour and material payment bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to these Supplemental Conditions (Form H2: Labour and Material Payment Bond), in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
