Project has been Rebid The City of St. Petersburg is seeking the services of a qualified construction management firm interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk services for Enoch Davis Center Improvements located 1111 18th Avenue South. The Construction Manager shall participate in the design process, perform construction cost estimating and constructability services, value engineering analysis, manage the schedule and perform construction services. All Offerors must be licensed to practice as general contractors in the State of Florida pursuant to Chapter 489 Florida Statutes by the submittal date for proposals.
