Project has been Rebid The City of St. Petersburg is seeking the services of a qualified construction management firm interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk services for Enoch Davis Center Improvements located 1111 18th Avenue South. The Construction Manager shall participate in the design process, perform construction cost estimating and constructability services, value engineering analysis, manage the schedule and perform construction services. All Offerors must be licensed to practice as general contractors in the State of Florida pursuant to Chapter 489 Florida Statutes by the submittal date for proposals. Vendors must comply with all the terms of the solicitation, all applicable provisions of the City of St. Petersburg City Code, and all applicable federal and state laws.
