Disclaimer: IN ORDER FOR YOUR BID TO BE CONSIDERED A LEGAL BONAFIDE BIDDER ON THE PROJECT, DOCUMENTS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM REMINGTON, VERNICK ENGINEERS DIRECTLY For the Mystic Island Phase 2 Water and Sewer Main Replacement Project in Little Egg Harbor, Ocean County, New Jersey The guarantee shall be in the amount of 10% of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, except as otherwise provided herein, and may be given, at the option of the bidder, by certified check, cashiers check or bid bond. The Little Egg Harbor Municipal Utilities Authority reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Site Clearing consists of clearing of the site within the limits of construction according to N.J.A.C. 7:22-10 and New Jersey State Highway Department Standard Specifications latest revision. Should conflicts arrive in site clearing wording, N.J.A.C. 7:22-10 shall take precedence and is to include the following: 1. Removal and disposal of trees and brush, weeds, roots, and similar materials. 2. Removal and disposal of structures and all other obstructions which are designated for removal by the Engineer during construction and for which payment is not otherwise provided in the Contract.
