Dutchess County is seeking to contract the hourly, daily, and weekly rates for (1) Guide Rail Post Installation Machine (truck mounted) with (2) Operators to provide Guide Rail Layout and Post Installation on designated Dutchess County Highways. The successful bidder shall honor bid prices for all municipalities and special districts within Dutchess County.
