Performance and Labor bonds are required upon award. *The City of Poughkeepsie expressly reserves the right to waive any irregularities in or to accept any bid or to reject any and all bids or to award on any or all items as the interest of the City of Poughkeepsie may appear to require. **OCS Industries requests sub bids no later than 2:30 PM on April 9, 2024.
