Reference Number 0000344664 Dutchess Community College is seeking the services of a qualified Architect/Engineer for the design of a new hydraulic elevator in Dutchess Hall. The building has two levels and houses the college bookstore, theater, student activities office, faculty offices, classrooms, the Ritz lounge and the food pantry. The building currently does not have an elevator and there is no interior accessible way to get between the building levels. The College has identified a possible location for the new elevator but will defer to the successful candidate to assess the location or identify the best location.
