Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lostine, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Work for this Project includes a 2-inch asphalt concrete pavement (ACP) overlay of Elizabeth Street between the State Street and Wallowa Street intersections (approximately 600 feet), and a full depth reconstruction, including 3 inches of ACP over 9 inches of base rock in Elizabeth Street from the Wallowa Street intersection north to the dead-end (approximately 500 feet). In addition to the Elizabeth Street improvements, the Project includes construction of two sections of new sidewalk (approximately 250 feet) along the west side of Elizabeth Street to connect existing sidewalks along State Street and Elizabeth Street. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Work will be substantially completed on or before September 30, 2024, and ready for final payment on or before October 30, 2024 The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law.
