Reference Number 0000267020 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/04/18 02:00:00 PM MDT Bid Intent Deadline 2024/04/11 02:00:00 PM MDT Work under this Purchase Contract comprises the supply of two (2) new secondary clarifier mechanisms and the required appurtenances for The City of Calgary's Bonnybrook Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The secondary clarifier mechanisms which consist of two (2) suction headers mounted parallel to the clarifiers bottom, collect settled secondary sludge from the tanks floor. Each header outlet is connected directly to a dedicated return activated sludge (RAS) pump located in the RAS pumphouses. The secondary clarifier mechanisms will each be sized for an average flow of 23.4 MLD and a maximum flow of 60.2 MLD. 1 Bonnybrook WWTP Plant D Expansion Project -Secondary clarifier mechanism pre-selected equipment .2 Equipment pre-selection includes, though is not limited to, the supply of secondary clarifier mechanisms including the labour and materials necessary for the design, fabrication, delivery, instructing the Construction Manager in the proper installation of the supplied equipment, inspection and witnessing of the installation, training of The City personnel, assistance during Demonstration and System Operational Testing, and also assistance during Performance Testing, start-up and commissioning of the secondary clarifier mechanisms equipment as specified in the RFP document. .3 Refer to Section 11350 - Secondary Clarifier Mechanisms for detailed Technical Specifications of the secondary clarifier mechanism equipment to be supplied.
