The Proposed Work Consists of the Furnishing of All Labor, Materials, and Equipment Necessary to Provide Improvements to Floor Slabs, Walls, Ceilings and Finishes at the High School. Sealed Bids Shall Be Addressed to Craig Yaniglos, Treasurer/cfo, 6638 Mill Road, Brecksville, Oh 44141, and Be Clearly Marked as "Bid for: High School Floor Slab Improvements". The Responsibility for Timely and Appropriate Bid Submission Rests Solely With Each Bidder. Sealed Bids Submitted by Mail Must Be Certified or Registered With the Return Receipt Requested. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the Form of Either a Bid Guaranty or Contract Bond for the Full Amount of the Bid or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid.
