Northgate Ranch Phase 2, Section 8, Paving, Water, Drainage, and Wastewater Improvements. Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Drainage improvements including approximately 18 36 Drainage RCP, Manholes, and appurtenances; Water Piping, including 8 mains, valves and appurtenances; Wastewater Piping consisting of 8 PVC Mains, and appurtenances; Excavation, Embankment and Paving; Sedimentation and Erosion Controls; Subdivision Improvements including Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter, Signage & Striping and various other improvements. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract Documents and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor.
