The Project includes the demolition of multiple projects throughout the City of Camden. The scope of work includes obtaining applicable permits, rodent extermination, disconnection of utilities, providing traffic and pedestrian protection and signage, installation of soil erosion measures, removal of utilities, removal of ASTs/USTs, building demolition, removal of all below grade foundations, backfilling and regrading the site with dense grade aggregate, and securing the site by installing 6' chain-link fence and gates. All bidder questions and Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted in writing to the Project Engineer Damon.kline@rve.com by 4:00 PM on Monday, May 20, 2024. Prospective bidders are advised that the Project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). The PLA will be binding upon all Contractors performing on-site Project work, as defined in Article 3 of the PLA. The PLA will be included in the bid specifications. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq.
