The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Finance & Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering & Contract Administration (DECA) is seeking professional design services for the Kentucky Division of Waste Management Superfund Branch (SFB). An environmental engineering consulting firm is needed to develop a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and to provide construction oversight for this environmental remediation project. The project site is the former Standard Metals auto shredder fluff wastes and the associated soil and sediment contamination. The project will involve: o site characterization / waste profiling o evaluation of remedial options o preparation of a corrective action plan based on the selected remedial design o development of bid specifications for the remedy o oversight of the selected remediation contractor implementing the remedy Respondents are to provide a minimum of three (3) references from similar projects. These references are to include: name of project, address of project, date project completed, Construction amount, current contact person and phone number. The BIDDING AGENCY reserves the right to request documentation supporting a bidder's claim of resident bidder status.
